Job Description
This role is essential to maintaining and improving the quality systems that align with ISO 9001 and FSC standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all quality-related processes.
- Maintain and control the quality control system, procedures, and work instructions.
- Register and maintain the non-conforming report system (NCR).
- Establish a close, critical, yet cooperative relationship with Operations.
- Support the QSM according to ISO 9001 and FSC standards.
- Drive and stimulate continuous improvement processes.
- Conduct product performance testing for new product development (NPD).
- Perform product validation during trial runs on converters.
- Analyze testing results against specifications and internal standards.
- Prepare trial reports and validation documentation.
