Job Description

Minimum of 3 years working experience in the food industry (Solid) HND Food Science  ISO:2000 certified
 Knowledge in HACCP rules, GMP

  • Interpret and draft quality assurance standards and procedure


  • Verification of documents, writing SOP’s, Policies and Plan


  • GMP, GHP audit

  • Auditing production activities and new product development and research

  • Lead the HACCP team

  • Devise sampling procedure and directions for recording and reporting quality data.

  • Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems

  • Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products o ensure finished product quality.

  • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
