This role involves translating external policies into practical, standardized development procedures that ensure high system quality, while balancing compliance and operational constraints.[What you will be working on]
Interpret and translate external policies and regulations (e.g., ICAO, Singapore Government) into standardized system development procedures tailored to agency and domain-specific needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define system quality expectations and design procedures that enable development teams to meet those standards effectively.
