Job Title: Quality Assistant Manager
Work Setup: On-site (Alabang, Muntinlupa)
Work Schedule : Shifting Schedules
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- 4-5 Years of experience in leadership roles; Assistant Manager or equivalent
- Must have been a team lead under Quality Assurance
- QA experience must be predominantly for voice accounts in a BPO or shared services environment
- Must have ISO 9001 exposure
- Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification is preferred
