Crystal S.A., a leading manufacturer specializing in professional plug-in refrigerators and freezers, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager to join our dynamic team in Nea Santa, Kilkis.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of QA/QC Specialists and the activities of Incoming Materials QC, Production Quality Inspections, and Finished Products QC.Collaborate with suppliers to meet the quality requirements of raw materials.Develop and implement QC procedures and evaluation criteria to ensure product compliance with quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are properly documented to maintain product quality.Develop monthly reports for non-conformities of incoming materials, processes, and finished products.
