About the Role
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Reviewing Officer (QAROs) to join our growing team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll deliver high-quality independent oversight across children in care, child protection, and fostering reviews – ensuring statutory safeguarding requirements are met while driving service improvement.
QAROs play a key role in promoting strengths-based practice, supporting professional challenge, and fostering effective multi-agency collaboration.
