JOB DESCRIPTION
- Inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
- Conduct daily pre-operative and in-process audit in terms of sanitation and GMP requirements
- Participation in internal quality audits to assess compliance with standards and documented procedures
- Collection of samples to conduct relevant analyses in compliance with government regulations
- Identification and reporting of observed deviation on ingredients, products, and process
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Must be a Registered Food Technologist
- Preferably with experience in meat inspection, sensory evaluation, and line audit in a food manufacturing company
- Knowledge in statutory, regulatory and IMS requirements
