Responsibilities- Conduct regular meetings with workcentre to validate and follow up on manufacturing issues that is related to logistics
- Provide logistics input to identify the cause of the defects through warehouse validation with the support of QC inspectors and work with appropriate process owners to address the issues through periodic (weekly/ daily) meeting
- Drive reported logistics issues for proper containments, correction and preventive actions
- Handle workcentre complaints and tasks; and perform root‑cause analysis to identify and propose effective correction and process improvements
- Process audit lead for site focal and perform quarterly process audit and report out findings closure on monthly, and quarterly basis
