Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for warehouse, transportation, and last-mile delivery activities. Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling, and packaging quality. Investigate quality issues such as mis-shipments, damages, delays, and non- conformances; lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning. Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to address quality-related concerns. Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvement actions.
