Join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist professional supporting training center operation. In this role, you will help implement and maintain a robust quality management system, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and customer requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and local auditors to promote a consistent, high-quality compliance culture across multiple locations.
+ Implement and monitor the Quality Assurance (QA) and compliance monitoring system across training centers in South, Central, and North America.
+ Actively participate in QA audits across CAE Dallas training centers and other training locations throughout the Americas.
+ Establish and oversee local QA auditor teams, as needed.
+ Plan, coordinate, execute, and document site Quality/Compliance audits to ensure adherence to:
