Work setup: Onsite (Pasig)
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Monday-Friday) & 8:00 AM 3:00 PM (2 Working Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities
- Creation, revision and process mapping of necessary procedures and forms as per ISO requirements.
- Plan and Execute Internal audits and other quality assurance & ISO activities.
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective actions.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
