Responsibilities
- Analysis & Reporting - reviews and analyzes QA output, records, and data. Ensure quality, efficiently, and productivity standards are met.
- Goal Setting & Performance management - Conducts regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, identifying performance gaps, and developing individualized action plans to support skills development and goal attainment.
- Strategies - assists the QA Manager in developing operational strategies taking into consideration of the ongoing needs, assessment, and feedback from operations and other stakeholders.
- Implements performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary, closely monitoring progress and providing consistent coaching.
