Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am -5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2000 to $3000 Key Responsibilities
. Provide stone-like product sample boards to Sales as required
. Develop colour matching formulas through testing and paint manufacturing processes
. Prepare colour-matching formulas for stone-like products and wet samples for the Production team
. Maintain and control all stone-like product formulations and update records in collaboration with the Technical team
. Set up standard formula for new stone like products
. Color-match flat paint for sample board and wet sample orders
. Report nonconformities or deviations to supervisors
Other Tasks
. Support the Display Controller during her absence
. Carry out system maintenance and updates for the colour matching machine
. Act as safety supervisor for Warehouse and Display areas during toolbox meetings and related activities
