The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on QA experience, solid knowledge of testing processes and Agile delivery, and the ability to work closely with developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to validate functionality across integrated systems. This individual should be comfortable creating and executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, managing test data, and contributing to improvements in QA practices.
Experience in agency operations for annuity and life business is strongly preferred, as this role will support workflows in that domain.
