- Inspect optical products such as frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories for defects and quality issues
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments before dispatch
- Ensure products meet company standards for appearance, functionality, and packaging
- Check prescription labels, product codes, quantities, and order accuracy
- Identify scratches, damages, missing parts, or incorrect items and report discrepancies
- Work closely with picking, packing, and inventory teams to maintain accuracy and quality standards
- Repack or arrange products after inspection when required
- Maintain proper documentation and records of quality checks performed
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures
- Support stock take and other warehouse operational duties when needed
