Production and Sanitation Procedures . Assist in collecting records and data relating to SOPs for food quality and safety to meet requirements such as SFA, AVS and ISO 22000. -Review, investigate, resolve and identify the root cause of any problems which may be causing nonconforming products, thereby maintaining quality standards -Assist in evaluating operating procedures and ensure systems are implemented to control overall quality of product, to meet customer's requirements -Assist in establishing a 'Food Safety 'culture and ensure that it is communicated to the production team for compliance Food Consistency and Quality . Conduct inspections for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products. . Contribute to root-cause analyses of customer complaints, providing quality assessments and proposing solutions to prevent future occurrences. .
