Job Description

Our client seeks a Quality Control specialist for Assisted Channels to drive testing and ensure reliable coverage across business‑critical projects in the banking sector.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead QC strategy for Branch, Teller, Contact Center.
  • Create and run Unit, Regression, and E2E tests.
  • Test chat/chatbot solutions and coordinate with Genesys Cloud.
  • Maintain JIRA, Confluence, and test management tools.
  • Report results and improve QC practices.

Your Profile

  • Min. 4 years in Quality Control / Testing.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong testing methodology and test tools knowledge.
  • Familiarity with chat/chatbot integrations and Genesys Cloud.
  • Good English; payments experience is a plus.

Working Hours and Conditions

  • Full time: 40 h/week (38 h in August).
