- Prepare and monitor project estimates, requisitions, and issuance of materials.
- Coordinate customer complaints and ensure timely completion of repair works to the contractor.
- Handle contractor billings and tracking of accomplishments.
- Maintain accurate records of units including occupancy permits, construction and electrical bonds.
- Ensure proper documentation of inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and compliance reports.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in any business related course.
