Quality Control Supervisor (Chemical Coatings & Inks Industry)
Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw materials against established standards upon arrival.
- Conduct sample testing during the production process.
- Perform final product quality inspection and testing before shipment.
- Test retained product samples for quality metrics.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing product testing results.
- Handle quality abnormalities, assist in investigating customer complaints and returns, perform root cause analysis, and draft improvement actions.
- Gather, transfer, and respond to quality management information, and assist in analyzing and controlling quality-related costs.
