Interfor is seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented **Quality Control Technician** to join our team in the Planer Department in **Eatonton** , **GA** . The successful candidate will be safety-conscious, reliable, committed, and eager to ensure product quality while supporting efficient mill operations. The pay range for this position is $19.60 per hour up to $29.21 per hour based on skill level and experience.

+ Serve as the primary liaison for communicating Quality Control procedures related to lumber grading standards.
+ Train, mentor, and develop graders to ensure consistent application of grading techniques.
+ Provide ongoing evaluation and feedback for graders as part of the lumber grading and inspection program.
