Quality controller

Our client in the FMCG/ Manufacturing Industry requires the services of a Quality Controller to ensure that the assigned production line meets and exceeds quality standards. Duties & Responsibilities

Key performance areas:

Quality Control: Perform quality control (QC) checks and generate reports for incoming and outgoing products to ensure that they meet quality and safety standards in accordance with regulations. Compile QC reports and checklists. Perform sensory evaluation for incoming raw materials to ensure consistent quality and for product improvement. Perform regular internal and external quality control and monitor their quality to provide timely feedback for improvement. Monitoring and recording shelf life and temperatures for raw materials. Inspect packaging and labels on all products before despatch. Inspect equipment for sanitation and integrity. Perform preoperational checks for hygiene and quality standards.
