**Description:**
You will be the Quality Engineer for the Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of manufactured and procured products within Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for driving product excellence across the missile and fire control portfolio. You will partner with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to embed quality into every phase.
**Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:**
+ Develop and execute quality assurance plans for new and existing products.
+ Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to verify compliance with specifications.
+ Analyze defect data and lead root‑cause investigations.
+ Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability.
