Role Overview
The Quality Engineer leads pre-mass-production quality planning, drives root-cause problem solving, and is the bridge between customer quality requirements and the production line.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality planning prior to mass production; track execution effectiveness.
- Identify product/process special characteristics; develop Flow Chart and PFMEA.
- Receive customer quality requirements, communicate internally, and follow up on planning and execution.
- Drive systemic and line-specific improvements; verify results.
- Form cross-functional teams to resolve abnormal processes, NCRs and customer complaints.
