Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for a Quality Engineer to join Lynas team at LAMP, Kuantan. He/ she to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance and achieve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support and maintain the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, customer, and company requirements.
- Conduct internal/external audits, inspections, and support certification and supplier audit activities.
- Develop, maintain, and control quality procedures, work instructions, records, and related documentation.
- Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide quality guidance, training, and support across the organization.
