Description
The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring consistent application of quality techniques, providing statistical information for quality improvement, and investigating, analyzing, and resolving quality problems.
Key Responsibilities
+ Identify and record problems relating to the product lines, initiate actions to prevent the recurrence of any nonconformities relating to products and processes.
+ Assist in the evaluation and qualification of new product designs and new supplier materials via a new product development process.
+ Monitor and support site quality objectives by maintaining metrics, and report these on a monthly basis.
