Position: Quality Engineer
Location: Long Thanh, Dong Nai
1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and translate customer requirements into quality standards and agreements.
- Manage customer complaints, product returns, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Plan and control product line quality; resolve internal quality issues in collaboration with production and R&D teams.
- Participate in customer and external audits, handle quality-related reception tasks, and follow up on corrective measures.
- Lead quality improvement projects, monitor progress, and ensure continuous enhancement of quality systems.
- Provide technical support to clients during quality reviews and audits.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
