Legacy Staffing has partnered with a leading precision manufacturing company in the Massillon area to identify an experienced Quality Engineer to support quality systems, continuous improvement initiatives, supplier quality, and new product launches within a fast-paced machining environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical quality professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working cross-functionally to drive operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with IATF 16949, root cause analysis, PPAP/FMEA activities, and manufacturing quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the company's IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality systems
- Develop and maintain control plans, process documentation, and quality standards
- Assist with PFMEA development and process validation activities
