We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer responsible for managing nonconformances, MRBs, RMAs, and customer complaints from investigation through closure. The ideal candidate will lead failure analysis, root cause investigations, and develop effective corrective and preventive actions to ensure quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
+ Own internal nonconformances, MRBs, RMAs, and customer complaints from investigation through closure.
+ Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations using structured methods such as 8D and 5 Whys.
+ Develop, implement, and verify effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
+ Track, document, and report quality metrics and complaint trends.
+ Support AS9100 audits through accurate records and technical documentation.
+ Collaborate with manufacturing and suppliers to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
