Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer. To develop and maintain quality systems according to standards and to assist customers with any issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Statistical support including DOE for product and process

  • Set up SPC parameters for QAS. Instruct dimensional Inspectors as need on technique

  • Develop and maintain quality system for projects assigned

  • Lead and/or participate in implementation and discipline of SPC

  • Develop process flow and control plans and assist in process FMEA's

  • Develop all quality related instruction sheets

  • Participate on AQP teams as needed

  • Participate on 8D and Continuous Improvement teams, provide problem solving consultations as needed.

  • Put PPAP Packages together for submission to customer.

  • Responsible for resolution of customer issues for the project assigned
