Job Description
As the Quality Engineer, you will support assembly operations and play an active role in managing customer and supplier complaints. You will coordinate all quality-related activities within your area of responsibility, including complaint management, problem-solving initiatives, and internal quality processes, to ensure achievement of defined quality targets.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer relations and effective complaint management
- Proactively address supplier quality issues impacting assembly operations and ensuring timely containment actions
- Coordinate PPAP submissions and ensure full compliance with customer and internal quality requirements
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive robust corrective and preventive actions
