Primary Responsibilities:
+ Implementation of the Quality Management System for the factory including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Inspections, Calibrations, Procedures, Instructions and Quality Plans;
+ Experience of ISO9001;
+ Implementation of production process control and compliance;
+ Identify key process indicators like CTP/CTQ, set up and maintain quality metrics accordingly, like FPY, etc.
+ Work with the Supplier Quality Engineer/Sourcing team to resolve and improve vendor-related quality issues;
+ Perform Audits and follow-up on actions as necessary;
+ Issue Non Conformity and Corrective Actions follow-up on closure;
+ Prepare, review and approve WI/SP/REI together with engineer if necessary;
+ Track and coordinate internal qualifications, and lead quality part;
