Job Description

Quality Analyst (QA)

Purpose of the Role

  • Install and inspect parts on the QAF

  • Root cause problem solving of build issues

  • Development of interim containment actions
     

    • Job Responsibilities

  • Validate containment actions on parts

  • Manage PERs and IAAs

  • Incoming part signoff

  • QAF correlation to supplier measurement data

    • 100% onsite at Stellantis assembly plant.


    • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Materials /Chemical/ Civil/ Aerospace) from an ABET accredited university.
    • 5 years of experience. Minimum of 2 years in automotive areas of Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and/or Product Quality.
    • Knowledge of APQP/PPAP & Supplier Quality Manual. 
    • Statistical data analysis and metrology principles, Root Cause Analysis methods.
