1. QGC/CIP promotion
- The Goal of the QGC/CIP is to increase the level of in-line process product and quality in the field. This is done by engaging all MTB member on QGC/ CIP projects
- It is a method that strives to locate opportunities for ensuring any product quality, related efficiency and cost saving, continuously. This involves the assessment of current processes, products and services to ensure that output is maximised and waste is minimised.
