**DUTIES:** Organize and execute test activities to ensure applications meet GM IT standards for functional, system, quality, security, performance, and architecture requirements. Drive test planning, execution, and quality reporting of software applications through project engagements and sustaining software test activities, including creation of manual and automated test cases and test execution plans. Maintain benches to ensure they are providing value to our customers. Develop in-house software and hardware tools and guides for our customers to enable more control of the bench for the end user. Maximize runtime on all assets. Monitor health of the lab using provided tools. Develop tools and processes to make the lab more capable and efficient. Provide support in analyzing and resolving customer issues. Guide customers to repository of knowledge articles and contribute to the articles. Document work appropriately in Jira.
