Responsibilities
: . Perform review/gap analysis on customer's specifications of chemical processes, with adequate process control measures . To conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure process compliance according to plating specifications . Actively involve in new process setup, buy-off and qualification program . Involve in quality issues investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation . Translate customers' specifications to Work Instructions/ SOPs . Responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the company . Perform internal audits to ensure process, product and system are complied with requirements . Aggressive to trigger process improvement in terms of better quality, more stable process, improve productivity, reduce cycle time etc . Provide training to the operators, inspectors and executive staff continuously to achieve team or Company's objective . Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assig...
