Job Description

Eaton is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, to provide leadership to Quality Engineering and Supplier Quality functions. In this role, you will mentor Quality Engineers, ensure compliance with quality regulations, and collaborate closely with Inspection teams to drive improvements in quality and delivery. The ideal candidate has at least eight years in Quality roles, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and is skilled in Lean tools and Six Sigma.
