Job Description
- Responsible for conducting and reporting quality & food safety controls of the hotel.
- Responsible for adapting to and implementing monitoring and reporting the compliance of the hotel according to Rixos Hotels UAE quality management standards & hotels quality food safety and sustainability management certifications ( ISO 9001 ISO 10002 ISO 14001 TS EN 15288:2 ISO 22000 GSTC IBCCES CAC ) and local food safety laws and regulations.
- Responsible for attending the Rixos Hotels UAE cross-internal audits.
- Responsible for conducting and reporting the supplier audits.
- Responsible for conducting the laboratory sampling analyzing and reporting the results.
- Responsible for carrying out and recording trainings related with quality management food safety and sustainability.
- Responsible for completing the other assigned duties by Quality & Sustainability department management.
