About the role
Join our Painter Brothers team in Hereford and play a hands‑on role in delivering Right First Time fabrication. As a Quality Inspector , you’ll be the expert eyes on the ground—protecting safety, strengthening compliance, and ensuring our customers receive defect‑free work they can trust.
As a Welding Quality Control Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring welded steel fabrications are manufactured to the required drawings, specifications, welding standards, and customer requirements. Working closely with production, engineering, and programming teams, you will help identify welding and fabrication issues, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement across the business.
Once training is complete, you will be required to work a rotating shift pattern, covering 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm shifts.
