- Coordinate global resolution of major product quality issues and escalations, ensuring timely containment and durable corrective actions
- Lead structured problem ‑ solving using 8D methodology and facilitate cross ‑ functional root cause analysis workshops involving engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, and service teams
