Job Description
To drive structured problem‑solving, prevent recurrence, and improve customer satisfaction, we are looking for a highly experienced professional. The position will report to the Global Vice President Q&EOHS as a Quality Issues Resolution Manager (f/m/d).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate global resolution of major product quality issues and escalations, ensuring timely containment and durable corrective actions
- Lead structured problem‑solving using 8D methodology and facilitate cross‑functional root cause analysis workshops involving engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, and service teams
- Monitor and verify effectiveness of corrective actions before closure to prevent recurrence
- Ensure alignment and structured escalation support for project teams, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, and service organizations during field failures and customer complaints
