+ Senior Owner’s Team leadership role establishing and governing project‑wide quality systems
+ End‑to‑end quality accountability across EPCM‑managed and Owner‑managed work packages
+ Initially Adelaide office based with transition to Site-based (transition during execution; timing aligned to construction readiness and field activities)
