Job Description
Our client is looking for aproactive and detail-oriented Quality Manager to establish, implement, and manage quality control processes within their stainless steel manufacturing facility. This role is critical in driving product and process quality, leading the journey toward ISO compliance, and maintaining existing Health & Safety systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
- Inspect and audit fabrication processes to ensure compliance with product specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including quality plans, inspection checklists, and product traceability records.
