Job Description
Lead and oversee Quality-related activities, implementing advanced methodologies aligned with company
standards and the Operating System policies and procedures for Manufacturing, Quality, and Reliability/Maintainability. Ensure that products shipped from the Mexicali plant consistently meet customer expectations for manufacturing excellence and quality performance. Sustain and continuously optimize existing processes to maintain operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Leads the plant team in defining and delivering quality objectives, initiatives, and programs that fulfill both customer requirements and internal expectations.
- Develops and executes strategic and operational roadmaps aimed at continuous quality enhancement at the site level.
