Quality Manager
The Quality Manager will oversee the implementation of quality assurance and control processes for design, construction, and/or environment. This position is based in Thunder Bay, ON.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the Project Quality Plan and ensure alignment with the project-specific Project Execution Plan.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Promote a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality processes, including procedures, reports, and records.
