Quality Officer - Justice
The Growth Company’s (GC) Justice Curriculum and Quality Improvement team have an exciting new opportunity for a proactive and quality-driven Quality Officer to join the team. We are looking for someone who can work confidently alongside frontline practitioners and operational teams to drive meaningful quality improvement within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will play a key role in supporting high standards of delivery across custody and community-based services through observations, quality sampling, reporting, developmental support and improvement activity.
The role offers a high level of autonomy and ownership, requiring someone who is organised, resilient and able to balance support with constructive challenge.
