Job Description
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- To drive improvement initiatives assigned
- Group Manager for Quality is responsible in driving performance to meet all Quality metrics
- Should have good client relationship (both internal and external)
- Coordinates with all departments to ensure that the Quality Targets are met
- Designs the Quality Management System that standardizes and documents all processes
- Reports with analysis are made accordingly to keep management informed of the state of the team
- Depending on the need, initiatives and projects may be implemented in order to drive performance
- Ensures that SLAs in Quality are met
- Designs and drives KPIs and KRAs of the team
- Coordinates with all departments in implementing Quality Programs
- Conducts RCA for challenged metrics
- Produce Reports as needed
