Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate preparation for new product launch activities: set up test stations, validate firmware, confirm low‑power setup and firmware for THB, verify test scripts, generate and release training packages in Workday, conduct training, and attend PDT meetings.
- During high‑volume production phase, coordinate transfer and setup of new testers in the NVMQRA SSD Lab, initiate reliability testing, monitor reliability performance of datacenter and client SSD products, compile regular reliability reports for customer review, and provide electrical failure analysis support.
- In failure investigation: maintain failure traceability, replicate and validate failures, perform first‑level electrical failure analysis (EFA), update FA status in external and internal JIRA, chair FA meetings to drive the path forward, coordinate root‑cause findings, determine corrective actions, monitor monthly turnaround time, and collaborate with functio...
