Job Description
The Quality Superintendent (PMC) shall be responsible for ensuring that all construction and finishing activities of the high-rise project are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and project quality standards. The role focuses on establishing, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) systems across all phases of construction.Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) aligned with ISO 9001 and client standards. Establish QA/QC procedures, ITPs, checklists, and method statements specific to high-rise luxury construction. Ensure quality requirements are clearly communicated to contractors, subcontractors, and consultants. Monitor adherence to QMS across all construction phases.
