ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Responds to customers on non-conformance and quality matters

  • Oversees process improvements related to quality

  • Ensures product conformance

  • Reviews documents for conformance

  • Conducts product inspections

  • Maintains quality performance metrics

  • Assists with management of nonconformance’s

  • Conducts supplier assessments and reviews
