Quality Systems Coordinator
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: Up To £35,000 Per Annum
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 standards.Regularly review and update policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance, relevance, and effectiveness.Ensure the IMS remains integrated across all departments and projects, promoting consistency and continuous improvement.Plan and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with the IMS and applicable standards.Prepare detailed audit reports, identifying findings, root causes, and recommendations.Collaborate with departments to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).Support preparation for external audits and certification renewals.
